Step 1
Drive to our PHL parking facility, which is located just a few minutes from the Philadelphia International Airport (PHL). We recommend you arrive 20 minutes before you are supposed to be at the airport and make sure you have all of your return flight information with you.
Present any coupons or discounts for our Philadelphia Airport long term parking valet services (airport parking competitors’ coupons, AAA card, AARP discounts, etc.). You will receive a claim check for your vehicle with all the information necessary to be picked up upon your return. If you are going to take advantage of our exclusive White Glove Service*, we will need your credit card. This is also the time to mention any service, detail, or body work for your vehicle. We’ll take care of it all while you are away.
Step 2
After your check in, one of our Philadelphia Airport parking valet drivers (who are all safe, courteous, and insured) will take you to the airport. The airport is just a few minutes away from our lot and you’ll be in the comfort of your own vehicle.
Step 3
Once you arrive at the airport, our driver will pull right up to your terminal and handle your luggage for you.
Step 4
After that, you’re on your way! Our driver will bring your vehicle back to our lot for secure storage while you’re gone.
Departures
Step 1
After you claim your luggage, do one of the following:
1. Text for Pickup: Look for a text message from us regarding your return. Text us back with your current terminal location.
2. Call for Pickup: Although using our text for pickup service is more convenient, alternatively you can locate the 800 number provided on your claim ticket. Call the number and let us know your current terminal location.
Once you text or call our PHL parking location, one of our safe, courteous, insured drivers will warm your car up in the winter (and clear off the snow, if necessary) and cool it down in the summer.
Step 2
Our Philadelphia Airport parking valet driver will arrive at your terminal in a few minutes and handle your luggage.
Step 3
You’ll then be brought back to our Philadelphia Airport long term parking facility for payment. After that, you are on your way home!
